1. Vocational Certificate or on-job training in related field
2. Minimum 1 ? 2 years in similar position in international hotels
3. Detailed knowledge of working practices of housekeeping
4. Knowledge of how to operated all Housekeeping cleaning tool and heavy machine such as High pressure machine , scrubbing machine ,Carpet Extraction machine and etc
1. Check cleanliness of guests rooms and public and service areas frequently according to the hotel standards
2. Know and understand lost and found procedures. Turn in lost items to the Housekeeping office promptly
3. Carry out special cleaning programs
4. Maintain proper records of all cleaning schedules
5. Report any defects and follow up to ensure they are rectified
6. To help maintain standards of cleanliness by carrying out cleaning duties as directed
